I have concatenated 3 and 4 rows of keywords... but am having trouble getting the cells to cut and paste afterward into another xls document?

Im adding modifiers to large groups of keywords. I normally cut and paste into notepade and re create by pasting into another worksheet.

is there a more efficient way?

Try to copy paste special/ values and that will get rid of the formula. Then you should be able to copy the new word into a new xls. sheet.

same goes for when you're copying the result of VLOOKUPs/HLOOKUPs etc and want to paste into another cell; special/values etc.

....actually, anything that has a formula will give you an error since the formula is referencing somthing "it" (Excel) can't find.
