Who would you like as our new GM, HC, OC, DC? Go into as much depth as you want. Anyone worth retaining?

There are only three coaches that I would like to see retained.

Chan Gailey (unless the new GM and HC are looking at installing a new offense)
Eric Price (who I'd move to QB Coach)
David Gibbs (He's done an awesome job with our defensive backs)

I am by no means saying I want Marty as GM and Cowher as HC. I'm just throwing it out there now because I could see Gailey being retained in that case. Thoughts? I personally don't think Marty would be a good GM, and I think Cowher will want to be a GM/HC. I don't think I see either coming here, not to mention both.

Personally I'd like to see Polian as our GM.

Then I would grab the DC from the Titans (forget his name) as our HC. Let Chan stay on as our OC and let the new HC pick his own DC.
