In the next 1-2 years? I like this guy as a coach and would tolerate Herm another year if we could get this guy in here.

We are built for a west coast style O though with our WR's. Well, more so than the Air Saunders O.

Well, we never did give Jimmie Rae HIS shot at Coach. We gave Gun a shot...why not Jimmy "3-yards and a cloud of dust" Rae?

My favorite Jimmy Rae moment was when he was scolding T-Rich or one of the backs for running to get yards and not to where the play was designed.

That is about as good as Herm saying "we need to throw some and run some" to move the ball.

Well if we want a coach who has a winning history, he isn't going to be cheap.

DO NOT WANT. Trust me if everyone here is against signing free agent qbs then stay away from him. He changes QBs like he changes underwear. Shady coach.

I wouldn't want Gruden. He still has that Raiders stank on him. He hasn't exactly kept the Bucs competitive since he won the Super Bowl.

He just seems to be a "take no shit" kind of guy as opposed to the rha-rha crap we get from Herm. And I believe has a winning record against the Chiefs.

You all can have him. He stinks.. period. He got lucky and won with another coaches players. But his offense is always at the bottom.

Really, I'm for any coach that we can trade a draft choice for. Preferably a high one.

The reason Herm sucks is b/c we committed only a 4th rounder to getting him. If Carl had been willing to trade a day one pick, we'd have gotten a much better product.

It's like drafting a QB, actually.

... and hiring Paul Hackett as Offensive Coordinator would be the icing on the cake.

THIS!!!!!! Us Floridians can talk about his over-hyped coaching all day.

as of lately you'd be hardpressed to find a guy who doesn't have a winning record against the chiefs.
