I'm not quite sure what we'll fix up, 'Hamas' Jenkins, but I can assure you, it won't be cheap.

Turkey and ham. Stuffing and mashed spuds. Green bean casserole thing.

Will try to get my wife and her sister to get tipsy enough to rub their nipples together. It usually doesn't take much.

this year we're going with a seafood theme. main course will be king crab legs, steamed, and served with a garlic honeybutter dipping sauce. we'll also be serving lobster ravioli, steamed calamari, and a seafood chowder for starters. probably wrap things up with french silk pie and good brandy.

i'll smoke a couple turkeys.
the wife'll make her noodles & mashed taters.
all the rest is not important except for desert. cherry delight and various pies.
while everyone stands in line to fill their plates, i excuse myself to the bar where i'll hammer down as many crown & 7's as i can til the wife comes to ask me if i'm ready to fill my plate.
hell, by time it all gets fixed, i'm usually not hungry.

We do a traditional Swedish Christmas spread. Lots of good food that we eat once a year. It's not something you can throw together in a couple of hours so it's only done for Christmas. I'm sure I'll be bloated, but it's a good bloated. :)

Do their nipple piercings ever get stuck together? That would be fun to intervene in that type of emergency.

theres enough turkey, chicken and stuffing if you dont think youd enjoy duck you can pick around it. duck is ok but you mix the seasoning and grease from the rest of it into the duck and ya get a whole nother flavor.

My wife and I always cook a turkey. I suppose it's like Thanksgiving again, but it's better because we make the entire meal ourselves (as our parents/in-laws are out of town).

The egg nog is better if it's homemade than if you buy a carton of it, and whiskey works instead of rum if that's more your speed. We always drink Jack Daniels and homemade nog after dinner.

I am making a pork roast, slow cooked over 8 hours with cranberries, orange juice, honey, salt, pepper, cloves, and nutmeg. I will have red cabbage, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, salad, lemon pie, and Samuel Adams black lager to go along with it.
