Marino (narrating TG's touchdown): And there's the second best tight-end in football history...

Sharpe (in response): And I've got the ring to prove it.

Eat a c0ck, both of you shit-for-brain morons. TG dominates you in stats and records. But your salary-cap-cheating owner invents an illegal deferred comp plan to help win a couple of SB's and that makes you better? F*ck you, asshat.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled posting...

CBS has THE worst collection of dweebs in the history of the NFL broadcasting. Only one w/half talent is Boomer. I feel sorry for him.

Sharpe knows he's irrelevant, so he just tries to get attention by saying things like this.

Once Tony retires, there will not even be a discussion of who is the best TE of all-time.

Right, because Sharpe carried those Super Bowl teams on his shoulders.

I mean, Tony only has the lead in yards, completions, TD's, 10 straight pro bowls and 4-1,000 yard seasons now...

That sure ain't julwry.

Sharpe has always been over rated!!

Gonzo is much better.

Well, he's actually the third best tight end in football history.

Right behind Ozzie Newsome and Shannon Sharpe.

The only thing mush mouth has on TG is that he wasn't drafted by the Chiefs. All things being equal TG is far superior athlete.

I'll bet you Marino just loves that "I'm better 'cause I got a ring" argument...

Thanks, Shannon, for keeping Tony's chair warm for him. The title of "Commenatator" is another you get to keep until Tony decides he wants it.

ya know, I never really considered thannan tharpe a TE. he was really only a WR who lined up occasionally by the tackle---he was mostly a slot guy who went under the name 'te.' he never blocked, etc. whereas TG actually blocks (excels at it). aaaanyway...

fuck thannan and his jury.

Sharpe had a HOF QB tossing him the ball all but two years of his career. Tony had Elvis Grbackup for 4 years, Trent Green for 5 years in an offense that didn't use Gonzo like they should have, and the musical chairs at QB the last 2 1/2 seasons.

Rings don't mean shit w/o a supporting cast.
