Anyone in the Cell Phone Business?

One of my companies just won a contract to test next generation mobile device software for a leading anti-virus software development company.

We need to buy 12 PDAs: 6 with Symbian S60 software; and 6 with Windows 6.5. We prefer to use SIM cards instead of regular accounts.

i work at t-mobile and we dont hav any that use symbian...a few that use microsoft but im not sure of the version...last i saw was 6.0
