Someone from maybe the Ravens, Eagles, or Giants defensive staffs IMO would make a good GM/HC combo. I like the idea of an aggressive defense paired with the attack offense we had this season. Whether it is the spread or not it seemed to work. Don't know if we have the right guy running it at QB, but I think it would win games as long as you field a defense that'll put the QB on the ground and get turnovers.

Having DeCosta could be huge in landing suggs. And have that HC/DC combo could help bring in other outstanding D-Linemen.

Bring in Suggs and Haynesworth,

Draft Stafford/Bradford and a MLB in the first 2 rounds, find another OLB and RG RT in draft and or free agency

I know Gailey has worked miracles with Herms offense, but I am not opposed to scrapping the whole thing...

It seems to me Gailey is in love with the fade every fucking time we get inside the 5... I have seen enough shit fades to last a lifetime... And for that reason alone, he can go with the rest of them...
