The enclosed poll, which will take a while, will include all players on the four remaining teams (which do not include the Chiefs) who have 10 or more seasons in the National Football League.

Among those players, you will be asked to choose the ONE player who, in your opinion, most deserves to walk away with 1/53rd of the Lombardi trophy. Put on your thinking caps, and then using your mouse, move the cursor to the small dot next to the name you choose, click the mouse button, and release.

I think you can eliminate the players on this list who have already won a Super Bowl.

Lorenzo is one helluva nice dude, and has certainly been dedicated and done the grunt-work, but I say f*** the Ravens. Cards are the long-suffering team that I would like to see roll it.

wouldn't that narrow it down a bit?

I voted for Neal as well. I have always had a lot of respect for the man. He has been lead blocker for some good RBs that would have never gotten the yardage without his blocking.

The only other one I would have seriously considered off this list was Hines Ward. Another top performer who leaves it all on the field.

You've got to feel for Samari Rolle with his narrow spinal condition and all.

Went with Akers. Kickers are the goat a lot more times than a hero. He deserves a ring.

Fuck em all . They don't play for KC.

That being said I would like to see the Cards win just because they have never done shit.

They are the last team in the NFC to ever reach a NFC Championship let alone a SB.

I met Neal, T-Rich, and Marcus at a Jimmy Raye benefit here in NC--Neal & Tony were super nice--Marcus was quite the arrogant prick.

Dang, I thought this was a poll about old Chiefs fans.

Course, us elder statesmen already have one. But that doesn't mean we don't deserve another.

I voted for Edge.

He WAS the Colts until Manning got to be really good. He deserved to be able to cash in on his hard work, and unfortuntely that never happened.

After thinking his career was over when he was banished to the Cardinals, it'd be a great story if he won it and then said, "Hey Polian, how my ass taste?"

I kind of want to see Warner win another one so he can get into the HOF. He's worthy IMO. I've always liked him a great deal.

Didn't work. Do I have to do something else? What's the 'Vote Now' button do? Isn't that what I'm trying to do? Vote? Now? Should I try it? It won't mess anything up, will it?

I feel bad for the Cardinals as an organization, and I grew up as a Cards fan when I was a kid in St. Louis, but I could honestly care less about them winning a championship now. The same goes for the Eagles.

Since the poll is based upon who you want to see get a ring on individual level, not a team level, my vote goes to Lorenzo Neal. He's a class guy that's been doing dirty work for years. There isn't a single guy on that list that I want to see get a ring more than him.

McNabb, he's been very good for very long and I'm rooting for him.

Without reading anyone elses responses. The only guys I would vote for is McNabb and Runyon. The guys from the Ravens and Steelers have their 1 ring. Most of the guys from the Cards are mercenaries who chose to go to Arizona so they chose their fate for money.

KCChiefsMan

actually McNabb and Dawkins both deserve one. I don't care too much but I have no hatred towards the eagles so I guess I can root for them to win the SB. It would also be cool to see Kurt Warner get another ring and make a great HOF story.

The hell with individual players. I think the Cardinals organization and fanbase deserves a ring the most. The question is flawed in my opinion. Should of asked which team deserves to win the SB. Philly's had their chances. Cardinals have been cursed since they were founded.

I voted McNabb. He's been spit on by so many people over the years and has handled it well for the most part. I'm trying to ignore that stupid using the phone taunt last week though.
