That is pretty sad. This child needs parents who care and to whoop his little ass. Let's stop blaming society for things and start taking responsibility.

And no, I'm not a prude. I can just see where this kid is headed in the future. He will probably be in jail or dead by the time he is 21. That is, unless a responsible parent takes him under their wing.
