Part of it just how fast our team plays. TT looks like they are trying to play at our pace, but they are out of control.

I wish Mizzou had a better 1st gear. They remind me a lot of MU's football team, they're either 100 mph or they're completely incompetent. They just don't seem to run a real offense in the 1/2 court and it leaves them open to the same runs on defense that they're so capable of on offense.

They're not built well for a long run, IMO.

They should probably concentrate on just making the NCAA tournament for the first time in years before worrying about whether they're built for a long tourney run.

i don't have tv so seeing it is not the issue for me. uphere in the nw corner of the state mu is treated like a far away out of state college. i can get ku, k-state, and corn popper stuff on the radio.

The freshmen all seem to be showing a lot of promise. (Aside from the usual freshman boneheaded plays)

And DeMarre Carroll! That dude's nails.

I'm pretty sure we make the tourney, finally. If Lyons can step it up a bit, maybe make a run.

I'm excited about the future. Anderson's done a good job so far.

Edit: I should mention J.T. Tiller too. He's one of those though "lunch pail" guys that every team needs.

My main concern of him is recruiting. Anderson struggles with recruiting top-ranked players, and I don't think we can build a program that is successful year in and year out if we don't up the talent we're bringing in.

For instance, who is playing down low next year after Carroll and Lyons leave? Anderson is bringing in tons of guards, but we're going to be hurting down low. Also, the only two big recruits he was in on - Snaer and Cousins - he lost.

Say what you want about Quin, but he showed more in terms of recruiting.

Quinn got the recruits but it didn't matter obviously. He couldn't coach worth shit and got some idiot thugs.

Hopefully Anderson will eventually get better recruiting, we'll see. I like being 17-3 though and seeing the tigers play hard and tough.
