I was getting ready to visit the forum so I could complain about ESPN and their incessant need to talk about whether this guy or that guy belongs in the Hall of Fame, even though their career isn't over yet. In this case it was Hines Ward, who is a solid player a key cog in this Steeler team, but I wouldn't say he's been otherworldly good, like you'd expect a HOF player to be.
Unfortunately that thread has now been derailed by this typo, which I accidentally typed: Chiefplanet.com (instead of Chiefsplanet.com). Apparently, either the Chargers (or a fan) took a postgame recap of a 2006 game we lost to them directly from the Chargers website, went to the trouble of buying the Chiefplanet.com domain name and then slapped that page on their as the home page. All of the links go directly to the Chargers' website.
For all I know, this is old news around here. But, obviously it was done by someone who knows about Chiefsplanet or they wouldn't have bought that specific domain name.
And for those of you who need a link:
chiefplanet.com (http://www.chiefplanet.com)
