One thing I heard that I liked is I heard "smart" a lot.

He obviously wants that from the players and he mentioned it from coaches also.

I like that. I think that's a nice change from what we had in Herm & Gun who I don't think could out-scheme anybody.

There shouldn't be any power struggles between coaches in this staff ... unlike the previous one. That's good.

He also added that he would bring the offense over, but it would be adapted to the players that we have so it won't be the same exact system, although the terminology will mostly stay the same so he can keep up to speed on offensive side of ball. Yes, he also mentioned his OC would have flexibility but he would need to focus on all phases of the game not just the offense.

I just watched the second video. Interesting. But here's an ironic/humurous point:

Herm ------> "Flustrated"
Haley------> " Permission has been seeked..."

I also would like to see Chan get another chance at OC. I think he did a good job adapting the offense to Thiggy.

I don't think we have the personnel to run the Cards system right now. shortage of wr's, all star tight end and a mobil but inexperienced qb.
