I can't stop binge eating. I'll go the whole day eating rabbit food, then eat an entire large stuffed crust at night.

I've done it. As recently as last weekend. You're better off spreading all that out over the entire day. Your body will burn it better.

They make pills to make you feel full. Google Swanson Vitamins have better prices than Walmart.

as long as you lay off sugary drinks, excessive amounts of beer and wasteful calories that contain lots of salt and carbs... then you should be okay over time.

Im dropping 2-3 lbs a week, just by getting rid of sodas and sweet tea.

I feel your pain, although I don't really like food. Eating is an annoyance, but I do so because my body requires it.

The best diet is watching Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. That guy makes me want to starve to death. OR ... he makes me want to eat pig brains and fish eyes. :bravo:

Meth it's weight watchers for middle america.

But on a serious note, diet is the most important part. More so than exercise. You have to find the discipline. If you can't talk to your doctor about options, he may be able to help.(and no I don't mean the surgury).
