Well, I had a choice of either going to see that or pulling all my ballhair out with tweezers. I thought a second then went with the tweezers.

I really only liked the original. That's why I can't wait for this one to come out on DVD (no, it's not theater-going worthy).

My son and my GF have tried to get me to watch LOTR. Fucking snoozefest. Sure-fire cure for insomnia. My kind of movies are films like, Pulp Fiction, Good Fellas, Few Good Men, Shawshank, Departed. Great movies.

oh well i think these are good thought of them myself was a bit bored

Check it out it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But If I win, I take the burger AND the TOY. To some people that’s more important.

I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free

I need FRIIIIIIESSSSSS! 2 of them, the big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight!!

AMATURES DONT SUPER SIZE! I'VE SEEN HOW YOU EAT!!! YOU'VE GOT A BIG MOUTH!! YOU'LL BLOW YOURSELF UP!

What's the retail on one of those?? More than you can afford pal, a 6 dollar burger!

You're lucky the double shot of bbq sauce didn't blow a seam on your nugget box!!!

Whoa! There she is, 2 pounds of pure MickeyD's beef. My dad ate it in 9.9 seconds. There was so much special sauce, the juices actually dripped onto his chin coming off the line. What's your time? I haven't tasted her. She scares the crap outta me.

My grill topped out at 140 degrees, I need more charcoal, 2 bags, the big ones

So what're you eatin?! Oh you gonna make me look under the bun and find out?? You're brave.

It's not how you stand by your burger, it's how you EAT your burger.

Bull shi *** hole! no one likes the McTuna sandwhich around here!

You almost had me?...you never had me, you never had your burger. your granny-biting, not chomping like you should!!!

Now me and Ronald McDonald here are gonna have to rip open the counter, and replace the ONION RINGS YOU FRIED.

You know you owe me a 10 pack of nuggets. ooh. Ouch!

Don't do it! I'll bet he's got at least a triple cheeseburger under that bun!

When you gonna give me a shot at that double quarter pounder of yours?

Torretto's got ketchup in his veins and an all beef patty for a brain.

They opened my bag. Disrespected my fries. All because someone narked me out! AND YOU KNOW WHAT!! IT WAS RONALD!!!

I thought we had an understanding? You stay on your side of the play-place, I stay on mine.

Bryan - "Welcome to McDonald’s, may I take your order?"
Hector - "Yeah, I made a list. I want 3 of everything."

Pop the bun.
Pop the bun?

that is one hell of a way to spend $.10

Bryan:-He was in MY shake!
Dom: - Now I'm in your shake!

I bet a couple of 1/2 pound patties would pull a premium three days before Taste Wars wouldn't they?

I'm definitely an exception to that rule.

First F and the F was good. I liked Tokyo drift a little. It wasnt to bad, but i also like Lord of the Rings and pretty much every other movie that guy named. I entertain easily unless its a very very bad movie.

Heh,

My guess is they threw a TON of $$$ at Vin Diesel to come back and do this. Probably his last big pay day. Its not like his career is going places these days...

As for Lord of the Rings. I let Clerks Randall speak for me on that one:

Randal Graves: All right, look, there's only one "Return," okay, and it ain't "of the King," it's "of the Jedi."

Randal Graves: Oh, I'm crazy? Those fuckin' hobbit movies were boring as hell. All it was, was a bunch of people walking, three movies of people walking to a fucking volcano.

Ya I agree man, but I think you have to have a different mindset to like sh*t like LOTR. I can only get into movies that I feel are realistic. Even if it's something crazy like Terminator. I can at least grasp how with technology that something like that could happen. LOTR, HARRY POTTER, NARNIA and crap like that are just in fantasy land and I just can't do it.

ROFL

Yeah, it takes a "different" mindset to enjoy a trilogy that grossed several billion dollars, and one of the most popular book series of all time.

And yeah - I could "see" how Terminator could happen. ROFL

I don't know. I can't really get into fantasy or sci-fi movies either. It could be due to a lack of imagination, but anything with aliens, space fights, or talking trees I have basically no desire to see.

Besides, I wouldn't say that sci-fi and fantasy can't be serious in themselves or taken seriously. Many of them have enduring themes filled with symbolism and metaphor that can be serious objects of study. The Lord of the Rings is a story that will be remembered and appreciated for a long time, both with the book and the film. Plus the production values and artistic qualities in some of the works can not be dismissed. Just not my preference for setting is all.

Fast and Furious, on the other hand . . .
