Techies help pls? Malware issue

Sis-in-law sent my wife a link via facebook, infected with a hijack trojan. Finding many others out there with same issue, but no resolution really. I'm working with Ad-aware and spybot, downloading windows malicious whatever software that hope might help, not having luck right now. Anybody know how to wipe out this coolfind200309 hijack trojan?

This is something that Facebook needs to take more responsibility for. They allow all these apps but don't screen them for their bullshit banner ads that link you to these trojans. This happened to my daughters laptop. She thought it was part of the app and bam. Instead of trying to clean it, I just went ahead and reformatted it and reinstalled everything. I then instructed her to never click on a banner ad.
