How to get songs from myspace

I don't use myspace so I was wondering if there as a way to get songs from their music players. Like some artists have their player on their page. i assume there is a program that does this.

take a record program like audiocity, make sure there isn't anything in your background making sound, record, then record again to get the sound correct. save as a wav file, then use a wav to mp3 program to change that.

I'm trying to get this to sound good. I've never used a recording program. Any settings that work best ?
