Watching KU and getting my stuff ready for the annual trip to KC to see the Royals home opener! I wish there was a team I gave two shits about playing in the Final Four this year!

Where can I get a copy of that, and the UNC game? Mine got stolen and the KU bookstore has been out. Last year was so special. We killed demons left and right. The 20 year Anniversary, kicking Roy's ass. Wow. Amazing.

My best bud JazzzLovr recorded it for me since I didn't have the ability to.

They just replayed it on ESPN classic yesterday afternoon. They show it every once in a while.

I was in Omaha.... trying to meet deadlines at work, so there was no way I could go to KC or Lawrence and take the next day off. I was dancing around my apartment, and didn't get to sleep until 2 or 3. Wore KU stuff the rest of the week to work. Good times.

You can buy the NC game online at kusports.com, I think... I have copies of the FF game, NC game, and the hype surrounding both games, but it's all in KC.

If I have time, I might watch it tomorrow night. :hmmm:

I was on Mass. That had to be the best feeling in my life I think, it was like having sex with air and everything else in the world at the same time. Had no voice at all for 2 days after that.

What do you mean? I was hanging out on Mass with everyone. I meant that my friends and I were down there drinking and having a good time. The high fives and 2 cars getting messed up is about all I remember. Disclaimer: I didn't touch anyones personal property, that was some other pieces of $hit.

I had been here in South Carolina for a week. My wife was still in Kansas City.

I had just moved out of my hotel, into a 1600 square foot condo with nothing but an overnight bag, an air-mattress, a television I "rented" from Walmart and about 30 cases of home brew.

My evenings typically consisted of takeout, beer and internet porn.

One of my friends was here from Iowa. We spent the early day at Legends. That night I forced her to watch the KU game. She's a life-long ISU fan, but now has a very healthy respect for KU.

Celebrating one of my top 5 moments in my life.....that subsequently turned into one of my top 5 hangovers of all time.

BUT ALL WORTH IT!!!

Rock Chalk

I was just reminiscing yesterday.......I still dont think it's totally set in with me yet.
(I'm one who still hangs on to the '97 team being the best ever).....time will probably change my mind on that...
