One time I ate some cereal and had a HARDCORE workout and then walked home. I puked on the walk home because my body was BURNING SHIT UP LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER. That cereal GOT THE FUCK OUT cus it COULDN'T HANDLE MY BODY!
