3,000 acres - that's roughly 4.6 square miles - is on fire and spreading very, very close to Myrtle Beach.

Lots of pics at that site, too.

God lit you on fire because he hates the Carolinas. I blame Roy Williams the traitorous bastard.

Shouldn't you be evacuating?

Hopefully, it'll have a really hard time jumping the Intracoastal. :thumb:

This is really bad folks. Thousands evacuated, 7000-8000 acres burned and growing, reportedly.

When the floods took over half of my city last summer, I helped out a neighborhood for a night, but regret not doing more, in part just because it's a unique event and something to remember. Good luck with everything.

Morning report FMB? How are you doing?

Very tired. Worked roughly 7a to 10p last night, back at 3a this morning.

But we got a live hit on both the weather channel and the Today Show.

Lots of damage, fires still going strong.

Not really. It's about 80 percent controlled up in North Myrtle Beach, but not anywhere else.
