Local Walmart has a 46" Vizio HDTV on sale as deleted stock, display only, marked reg. $1028, 20% off or about $825. Is this a decent deal or should I stay away from it. It's cheaper than the 42" Vizio right next to it. Also does it being a display model, have bigger chance for problems or does having it run for a few weeks/months give anything wrong time to show up. I appreciate anybody who takes the time to put their 2 cents worth in.

I would not buy a display TV unless they were practically giving it away.

I bought a 37 inch Panasonic last week for 699. Got it delivered today. I'm completely blown away by the picture.

Hell no would I ever buy a display model tv. Those things are on 24/7 at a Wal-Mart, with brightness and all the settings turned up as high as they go.
