I've heard a lot of good things. I have a few friends who have had to send them back for one reason or another, though. And I'm not too savvy on the applications. I broke my camera, and I've been wanting a new phone. The Samsung had the 3.0 megapixel camera. Not quite as good as my camera, but good enough. Also the radio for when I walk. I know the iPhone has those features, too. My other phone was a Samsung, and I loved it, so I just upgraded.

I have Sprint's version of that phone. The Instinct. I love it. I had 5 different phones last year, and won't even consider changing now. It's awesome.

Well, they can't suck any worse than Sprint. When I was at the AT&T store switching carriers, I needed to get my Sprint account number - I called and got a person fairly quickly, but when I asked her to give me my account number, she refused - said I needed to talk to "account services." The fucking bitch HAD MY INFORMATION UP ON HER SCREEN AND ADMITTED AS SUCH, but wouldn't give it to me. She actually put me on hold and transferred me. I hung up and instead logged on to website, which I guess is what I should have done in the first place.

My final customer service experience with Sprint - sadly it was fairly typical. Ah, the memories. 4321

But at least they were better than Verizon.

I've been with AT&T since Cingular joined them. I've had one problem with a phone, which was taken care of. I've never had a problem with customer service.
