What would it be and why?

I would bring back Thylacines because they were so unique looking.

Haven't they been playing with bringing this back with genetics? While officially extinct there are still occassional reports of sitings as well.

The pocket pussy, definitely. Maybe, the trouser mouse but I'm iffy on that one.

Yes. I think sightings are not rare, but then again, neither are Bigfoot (feet?) sightings.

I'd bring back the Hipposauraus. It could listen to Eminem's Relapse cd and shoot baskets at the white house.

If we're talking dinosaurs, it'd be that one that is part lizard, part bird.

Yes, I think man could use a good predator to thin out the herd and improve the species. This self predation thing is not working.

A giant herd of Kevlar skinned T. Rexes might do the job. I understand that T. Rexes prefer eating lawyers, which would be useful...but that might just be hollywood hype.

Hot girls that have good personalities.

C'mon Dante84, A good personality consists of a chick with a
little hardbody who will satisfy all sexual demands without
being too slutty about things and who will essentially keep
her dumb fucking mouth
shut.

And here I thought the girl that said "I love surprise sex" when everyone was having a serious discussion on rape had a good personality. Come to find out she needs to keep that to herself and just sit there.

What about that missing link critter they just had a big flutter about? That'd be cool. Bring it back to life and I bet it could speak. With a British accent, no less.

Thylacines are awesome...good choice however I firmly believe they're still in existence and not extinct.

There's been several credible witness accounts, a video, and a possible picture...all that doesn't prove it still lives but I think you can make a compelling case that there are still a number of Thylacines in Tasmania.

I am not disagreeing. I just don't see too many of those running around these parts.

They get looked at twice, think they are sexy, hop up on the high horse and start getting mouthy.

If you put them in their place, then they stay inside, wear moo moos, and goo out.

There has to be a healthy medium out there. Come on science!

Easy question.

The answer is saber tooth tiger.

This planet has gone to hell in a hand basket since the last ice age.

I gotta agree with the predator idea
not a T rex though every asshole with a high power riffle would be out hunting them
and don't they have cold weather problems?

sabortooth maybe the better choice
small enough for urban and rural enviroments
fairly fast and stealthy
will adapt to all climates

or maybe we should just breed komodo dragons for cold weather?

Raptors?
anyway humans do need competition for top of the food chain world wide but we need something bred to hunt only adults
and mostly those wearing silver and black or stars upon thars

If they're in a zoo, it'd be cool to have those giant six-foot scorpions that predated the dinosaurs. I wouldn't relish having them run around in the wild, though.

Whatever the biggest plant eater is would be cool, too. Ultrasaurus or whatever the latest is. I'd probably go with that.
