Baby food trick. Now you know that Mc-d's doesn't use ground chuck.

So gross.
In college everybody from St. Louis talked about how great White Castle and Lion's Choice are. They're both shit.

White Castle and Lions Choice are amazing. Make sure to get extra seasoning next time you get your Lions Choice, that's where it's at.

No. It's overpriced and small and nothing special.
I'm curious how STL people were made to think it's good? While we're at it, Imo's pizza is pretty gross, too.
Not ripping on St. Louis, just the food :D

I'm not from STL and actually like KC better than this city, but I like all the above places. It's all good and something different. Whitey's is a tradition. Lions Choice is just a good roast beef and Imo's is St. Louis style pizza made w/ provel, which is an acquired taste for some people. That being said there are only about 2 food items in this world I don't like, I'm not a picky eater.

Eh, I am a picky eater. Maybe I just think it's bad because it was literally shoved down my throat so much in college by people from St. Louis.

I didn't think it was possible to fuck up a roast beef sandwich until I ate at Lion's Choice.
Managed to eat about 1/4-1/2 of the sandwich and then tossed it. Terrible.

I could see that. I went to college with a bunch of St. Louis people as well. Until I visited for the first time I thought this place was always sunny and 85 degrees with white sand beaches everywhere.

I use this recipe...freezing and frying later works very well. I stick 5 or so burgers to a quart bag and have a quick meal sitting in the freezer. I look for dinner buns at the market. Have cut the hot dog buns in thirds in a pinch.

Sorry the midwest has in-n-out X10...it's called steak and shake. Part of the reason why in-n-out will never branch outside of the west coast, steak and shake is just a much better product.

Why would you purposely want to make a shit sandwich at home?
Why would you purposely want to make a shit sandwich at home?
Seriously.... this is so confusing. It would be like making homemade pizza, but getting a recipe for those crappy little Jeno's frozen pizzas that you get for $0.75. What's the point?
