That's not true. It will slow down your metabolism and you will get even larger when they do go back to their old ways. You need to put "Eat what a normal person would eat".

You are talking about eating many short meals in low cals frequently rather than large meals less frequently w/ alot of cals. Well, true, it helps speed your metabolism somewhat, but bottom line it comes down to how many calories you have coming in everyday. Trust me, if you ate 1500 calories a day and you only did it in 3 meals instead of having 6 meals and 2800 calories you are going to be better off at 3 meals a day and the lower calories. Of course though, consuming your caloric intake at smaller meals a day helps.
