Over. There were 6 teams that were 25 or below last year, and I don't think we'll be in the bottom 6. These deceptive defensive schemes will help a lot.

I don't think we're going to pull out 250% of last year's sack totals. I'll take the under.

Its a whole new defense, I'm going over. 25 isn't that much. We don't have Herm overlooking it all. We have a new pass rushing end, an outside lineback who has been doing it for a long time. They will get much more pressure this year.

Who is our new pass rushing end? It's one of Jackson's weaknesses.

Did I miss an improvement to the pass rush in the offseason?

While I'm taking the under, the 2 biggest hinderances to the defense are now gone. Addition by subtraction.

Yeah, but you're missing the point: Where's the game changing, pass-rushing talent?

Coaches don't sack QB's.

This.

Scheme can mask some small deficiencies, but it's not going to mask a huge lack of talent.

Kinda early but 25 is "really out there" Love to see that kinda change

likely more like 15.

Yet again, I don't think we'll be in the bottom 6 next year, so I think I'll go with over.

Oh, and last year was a bad year for sacks. I will eat my hat if we don't have more than 25 sacks. And I wear a nice Captain Morgan hat.

Id like to throw into the conversation that Arizonas sack leader had 5 sacks and they ended with 25.

I see something similar playing out in KC

Over.

On any given game-day there is a real possibilty of the team having 53 'sacks'.

Which is one more than last year, of 52, now that Hurad is gone.

:D

I would say over but Duane Clemons and Eric Hicks aren't around anymore. However, I do think Shawn Barber will have 15 by himself..... under.....

This is a pretty fair point. I think they will be able to "scheme" out a few more here and there. I would say just about a push in the 25 area without much real possibility of going over. Maybe we will get surprised in a nice way.

OVER!!!! Just just barely though.....

Ask Bernard Pollard. He says 25 too.......just a thought.

The Chiefs didn't let him "get away".

They cut him.

after 10 games we have 15 sacks

that is on pace for 24
