Is it closer to the door? Because if it is...then this is just a move so that it's easier to fire you on Friday.

And what do you see outside?

They're expecting you to jump out of the window to avoid a severance package.

Just thought I'd share, I have my own office and a desk out on the floor. A guy that has worked here for years has to set up his laptop in the conference room since I took his office.

Thats all.

More prone to snipers.

Bad move.

It's amazing to me how many people fail to consider this.

I moved to a new office this week, my desk is also near about a 6'x4' window....It also happens to be about 100 yards from the nicest ass in 7 counties, and apparently she likes to do afternoon yard work...in short shorts.

The building itself has nice scenery too.

It almost feels like this should be chitown's place of jer...I mean work.

...And I said, I don't care if they lay me off either, because I told, I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year, and I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were married, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much, and I kept the staples for the Swingline stapler and it's not okay because if they take my stapler then I'll set the building on fire...

Is it one you can open up and spit out? How high up? It is cool to watch spit get moved around by the wind on a long drop.
