In light of reinstatement where will Vick most likely catch on, any thoughts?

I definitely think that the Vikings will use Vick's availability to their advantage in signing Favre.

I would have no problem with KC bringing in Vick for a look at KR/PR.

I'm a dog lover and all but he has paid his debt and we need someone who can bring back kicks BADLY.

I can't believe no one sees the logic in Mike Vick going to Seattle. Book it, it's a done deal.

Well Seattle has already come out and said they have no interest in bringing him in according to John Clayton.

and you can cross the Panthers off the list

Report: Panthers don't want Vick
Posted by Mike Florio on July 27, 2009 6:07 PM ET
We think that today's events should cause every team to revisit the question of whether they wish to pursue quarterback Mike Vick.

Even if said teams already have decided to take a pass, his conditional reinstatement significantly alters the aroma surrounding Vick, compelling prudent teams to conduct an objective assessment of whether he fits their short-term and/or long-term plans.

That said, plenty likely will come to the conclusion that they're not interested. But some that might have not been interested could end up becoming very interested, given the dramatic change in the circumstances.

One team that is expected to remain not interested is one of the teams that had to deal with him twice per year.

Per Darin Gantt of the Rock Hill Herald, the Carolina Panthers aren't interested.

"For the record, you can cross the Panthers off the list," Gantt writes. "There are those here who influence football decisions who -- even when Vick was still playing well -- thought that he was one of the most talented running backs in the league."

This. Surprised it wasn't on the poll. It's the obvious fit.

His star power will help transition the Jaguars to L.A.

Depends what Favre will do.

I think the Vikings would go after him if Favre doesn't play

Why would you want all of that drama for a kick/punt returner?

No thank you...

Its way to soon to give up on Russel.

It's never to soon to give up on JaFatass, Alzheimers, and the rest of the Faider Poop Crew.

Perfect fit for Oakland.

Perfect.

He hasn't been in the NFL very long at all, he didn't see much action his rookie year, and at the very very minimum you shouldn't expect much out of the first overall pick until his third year. He wasn't bad at all at the end of last year. I think people just want him to fail because hes a Raider, and ignore the facts he could become a very good QB.

I'm going to say Baltimore. They are a team that's close to going over the hump and are now in desperate need of a talent like Vick. Ozzie wouldn't be afraid to take a chance on him, if he believes Vick won't be another Pacman.

Well Seattle has already come out and said they have no interest in bringing him in according to John Clayton.

I wasn't aware of that, but I'm shocked. There isn't a more perfect fit in the league for him AFAIC. It's idiotic to think this guy may be blackballed from the league while the Leonard Littles and Dante Stallworths of the league apparently get a pass. I know Stallworth is a special situation, but FFS, Vick's done his time. He deserves another chance.

The boy couldn't hit water if he fell out of the fucken boat!
Now be that as it may, we don't have a reciever that can catch, or an O-Line capable of giving the man more than 2/1000ths of a second release time.
He has the tools, just needs to learn how to use em', and find team mates with like wise ambitions

The owner of the Seahawks is very image conscious. And reports I heard had Mora and Vick's relationship was a factor in his (Mora) being dismissed.

I would like him in KC.

I doubt it though, its a few miles from Leavenworth. You don't want to bring back memories if you get a chance to lead the team down the field. Plus you might have flashbacks of the umpires as the guards, and yell "prisonbreak" and run for the exits.

Also he might miss those cavity searches and request he gets one before each game.

In Cinci he would feel at home. The locker room atmosphere would be just like in cell block D.
