That it's strange that they are talking about how "long" our 2-hour practices are this year?

WTF?

We had 4 hour practices even during two-a-days. That's 8 hours of practice broken up by a 1-hour lunch break.

Yes it was really starting to cut down on the times the players have to get their nails done. It's quite an issue.

I had 3 hour sessions in high school with an hour break for a total of 6 hours.
If I remeber right we used to have pads on usually for just one session though,
The other session they just ran you in your shorts till you puked it seemed.
