Also the explosion could have taken out several innocent bystanders AND the helicopter, which careens into a nearby schoolyard and shreds several toddlers that get in the way of it's fiery path of DOOM!

That actually was pretty well-done. It's technically proficient and it mostly avoids the heavy-handedness (other than the lame "Will mommy and daddy wake up" shit) that undercuts most other PSAs. There really isn't much here for a teen to make fun of because it shows rather than tells.
