Everyone knows this season is extension of 2010 preseason. Plenty of games to evaluate current roster and build a needs list prior to next year's draft and free agency moves.

Chiefs 4-4.

I watched the game last night again from a purely analytical standpoint. They had Pollard playing FS more than they will during the season. The receivers were doing a better job of getting open, but Thigpen never saw them, or poorly delivered the ball. The front seven was playing pretty well. With Flowers and Page, the secondary will get shored up.

The Broncos have an easy first three games, but then it gets really tough. I expect them to be 3-5.

Raiders will be 2-6.

Chargers will be 5-3.

trying to not be a homer, i think 3 wins from kc should be expected. this, of course depends on the o line gelling and the rest of the offense following suit. if these things don't happen one or two is more likely depending on if the defense can last four quarters with a struggling offense putting them back on the field after 3 or 4 plays.

the rest of my predictions are as follows:

den 0-7-1
oak 0-7-1
sd 5-3

den and oak play to a 2-2 tie, the only scoring the result of ineptitude on their own goal lines.
