OMG that last shot where the camera setup is shown...he is taking these like tow blocks form my office! That is Ballona Creek in the bottom of the scene (yes, embarrassing that we call a concrete lined waterway a "creek").

But those popcorn cumulus smoke cloud have been really weird to see hanging over L.a. for the past couple of days. Very weird. Like VIOLENT looking.

Cool photograpy. Nasty air quality. The brown cloud here in Phoenix is bad but raging wildfires always add that something special.

Eh, it's all CGI. You can't fool us.

In other news, we're having some cool days here in Denver that are apparently the result of smoke drifting in.

Weinie roast? You ****ing plebe. We don't 'roast' in hollywood, we saute. Not that a hayseed like you would know what that is. Why just yesterday Tom Cruise was over at my place collecting anal scrapings so I could attain the
5th level when suddenly he commanded me to fill my brazier with rolled up pages of Variety so we could saute the balls of a dead best boy grip. Do you even know what that is hillbilly?
Tom then tore my balls off and added them to the mix. God I respect him. And the most beautiful part is that Tom is the only one who can heal me. You don't even know what I'm talking about, do you? ****ing hick./Dane

At this point no, but thanks for asking.

There was ash all over the cars this morning and the air is thick with smoke.

I've heard that this is a once in 60 years fire and I just hope we don't lose anymore firefighters.

Yeah, it is a pretty regular occurance. Was out there on business recently, and my rental car was covered with soot, when I came out in the morning.

I think it would get old, but not as old as all this snow.

I'll bet these fires are somehow related to Lindsey Lohans' panties being stolen in that recent break-in.

The timing shouldn't be ignored.
