You can keep banging that bell, but there are "homer" fans of EVERY franchise in sports that gets caught up with certain players. Thigpen, because of the gimmick offense that Chan came up with, did show those fans an offense that hadn't been seen before, and we actually moved the ball for a change last year.

It was an embarrassment, but I can see how fans could get caught up with that.
