It's Friday and not alot is going on. After reading the record low number that attended the Jags game and rumors in a few years of them going to L.A., I thought about realigning to the EXTREME! Like I said, I had time

Like I said, this is extreme but it would create rivalries in certain parts of the country. It would be fun to think about.

I guess I should have clarified that I was talking about the two NYC teams (who play in the same stadium). Buffalo and the Jets are already in the same division, so that's clearly not an issue.

To say I wouldn't be in favor would be an extreme understatement. You're destroying tons of historical rivalries here. Giants v. rest of NFC East. STeelers v. Browns. Dolphins v. rest of AFC East.

I see that, presumably for those same reasons, you couldn't touch the AFC West, and left it exactly as it is today. The ONLY division that you did that with other than the NFC North.

Here's my version of extreme realignment, based purely on proximity and in-state rivalries, with most of the East Coast teams in the AFC and Midwest and West Coast teams in the NFC. Strangely enough, the NFC North remains completely unchanged. This one does not assume that Jacksonville will soon become L.A.
