Been a year today since I lost my dad to cancer.

Do me and yourself a favor and call, visit, or give your dad a hug today. You never know when the last time will be.

It get's better. My Dad died four years ago this past March. His birthday is the end of this month. I miss him all the time, but it does get easier. Focus on the good times and his personality traits. I think about him all the time and laugh, it helps me. :hmmm:

My dad lives 580 miles away in Denver. Called him Friday.
