The following play, Flacco was flagged for intentinal grounding, but the Chiefs were called for illegal contact.

Correct. The hold began at the 1 yard line and continued into the endzone, so they called it a hold at the 1. Tough call, can't be too pissed about it. Plus they missed a big Leggett PI late in the game which would have turned it earlier.
