Only the bright lights will tell if the 2009 Raiders are any better than the Raiders who've gone 24-72 since 2003, the worst six-year span in NFL history.

Here's my hope.... Indy sucked for so long - then they eventually got good. Tampa Bay sucked for so long - then they eventually got good. The Rams sucked for so long - then they eventually got good. Its weak... but its all I've got...

The problem with your Colts/Bucs/Rams analogy is Peyton Manning, Warren Sapp/John Lynch/Derrick Brooks, and Kurt Warner ain't walking through that door in Al Davis Land.
