UCM put clown pants on Pitt State today. Pitt's scoring came late in the game.

UNO played very well today; their O-line stopped Northwest's pass rush today play in and play out. Both teams only scored once in the whole second half. Northwest made more plays, especially on special teams where the Bearcats blocked two kicks.

Fort Hays is slowly, but surely adapting to the speed and size of the MIAA. The teams FHSU are fielding would kill everyone in the RMAC. With that said, their later part of their schedule is brutal!

They had 5 this week, yeah. Washburn will drop out with their loss, and Pitt very well could drop out of the poll from 10th with their second consecutive loss.

Griffs are 5-0 and take on the Billcats at Spratt Stadium next week. BRING IT ON.

Should be a great game. I am not going to miss that one...it will give me something to do while the Tigers are idle.

I don't know if I should feel bad for them, or what. I saw the 3rd stringers scored numerous times.

NW got into their 5th and 6th strings at some positions. Thirty-three different defensive Bearcats registered defensive stats yesterday.

Good game by the Ichabods.

Had a house full of company yesterday and couldn't listen to the game.

MIAA seems pretty balanced this year (the 70-0 thumping NWMSU gave Truman not withstanding)

Northwest needs to figure out a way to get pressure on Newhart. He's passing at will. Its going to be tough seeing as NW has had three DLineman injured in the first half.

I'm going to be so down in the dumps if NW loses this one.

I mean, MoWest has turned the ball over a whopping six times today... but Northwest only has a 20 point lead. MoWest isn't going to be as turnover-prone the next time the teams play each other.

Game is still exciting. Griffs block a punt and return it for a TD, but Northwest comes back to score a TD themselves, set up by a 64-yard run by LaRon Council. Griffs driving, though. Score is 49-28 NW, with MoWest nearly in the red zone.
