We need to do *something* in the return department. Wade fumbled a kick. We need more competition. Lawrence can't hang onto the ball, Charles is mediocre, and no one else has the speed. Also, this idea of always running up the middle of the field is *not* working. The sidelines often offer the best opportunity for a big return.

He's a sub-avg CB though. He wont see much PT there unless someone gets hurt.

Can't be worse that Colcough. When I rewatched the first game, he whiffed on alot of tackles and had poor coverage a couple times. He looked really bad tackling though.

he was one of herm's second rounders if memory serves. he really hasn't progressed as a cornerback, but he's great as a returner. bring him to the ship so he can help us with the printer--it's broken and we need him to PRINT EM'

I really don't think Todd and Pioli care who he bumps off the team. Or what position actually. He doesn't necessarily have to take the spot of another CB, I think they've shown they want the best players on this team. He'll bump the worst player on the team.

He hadn't been explosive on returns a full 3 years before he was signed by the Chiefs.

Miller was explosive just last year in Oakland.

If we sign Miller, it'll be almost exclusively as a returner. If need be, he can fill in at CB, but I would only in Dime/Quarter formations.
