Simply put, is the flag at half mast just as vibrant as full flagpole? Or, do the fireworks come out once it gets saluted?

Holy cow, my kid put a couple of 1" starfish in a sink full of water overnight, and the next morning all the water was gone and those things had grown to 1'.

I... don't even know. I have a penis and it gets engorged with blood flow and increases in size. I've never really thought about it past that.
