One day in w/ the medication and I still feel like hell. However I'm no longer having anal leakage.
Woke up w/ my left ear feeling like it was under water. I then took some mucinex and a shower. I was then able to hack up the largest and nastiest chunk of lung butter in my entire life. It was so gross,bloody and chunky...that I wanted to name it. Sorry....no pics.

I don't have to go to work until Saturday. Which isn't too bad I guess. I'm just lucky that I haven't been throwing up...yet!

You'll be down for a week, at least. Both myself and the girlfriend got the flu a few weeks ago. We both missed work the entire next week and, although better now, still don't feel 100%.

All of us have it as well -
It started on Fri - with the MRS and Kiddo #2 - Kiddo#2 was puking and high (104.8) fever - Kiddo #1 and #3 were okay and so I was - come sunday Kiddo#1 had not kept anything down for 48hrs - and i felt it attacking me
Went to the MD yesterday got RX for TamiFlu - that shit is EXPENSIVE even with insurance it was $50/Copay - for all 5 of us
Today its a bit better - i feel better after mass quanities of sleep but its hard to get that much sleep with 3 sick kids and a naggin wife.
at least i can work from home.

Actually no, Tamiflu seems to be working well for me. I ain't diggin on the swine flu but slowly but surely I'm getting better.
After that chunk of lung butter came out this morning my throat hasn't hurt as much, then after a nap and the regular dose of medications, I'm feeling ok!
I'm not going to back to work of course! Cause..well...fuck em!
