Anyone with Surewest Fiber to the Home?

I'm happy with my Comcast service, but they're so expensive. Anyone switched to Surewest? Did you get their fiber internet? Do you have their DVR, and is it any good?

I personally never have had service from them, but a friend on mine from CA claims to get great service from them. TL;DR summary from him: "Surewest DSL service=poor fiber=tits"
