Nope. This is the most dismal hunting season for me yet. I think I had a blurb about last weekend's failure in the hunting thread. This last Saturday, I got out there good and early and didn't see shit. Nothing.

Not sure if the 7:00 is Eastern Time or Central, but it's a start.

Wait, one of you said Tuesday at 8 PM, and now Coach says Thursday at 7 PM...is it both? Where is the schedule? I tried to find it on nfl.com but no luck...

THursday is Thanksgiving, so there are regular games on. Seems the Replay is Tuesday's and Wednesday's, so I'm going with Tuesday at 8 PM.

My deepest apologies. It is Tuesday. I didn't double check myself after looking at it, and whoever said it was Tuesday, that person is correct.

geez that is hilarious!

right before they start the replay, they were talking about leon lett on the blocked fg game against mia and how a school girl sent a letter to him after the game saying not to worry about the mistake because there was a guy in the superbowl that did worse, not realizing that too was Lett!

ITS ON BTW

Just watched the Replay and noticed they did a much better job of tackling after the catch. The defense in general tackles better then the last two years. Second, O'Callaghan is the best RT they have had in 3 years.

Finally, I don't miss LJ at all. Jamal Charles allows them so many more options on offense and he doesn't drop for a loss.

I agree with pretty much all assessments, and I have to add that Jon McGraw is a sure fucking tackler...I wish the DJ rediculo-sack would have been shown.

Um.... That would be wrong ....... At Denver last year INT returned for the first score by Leggett. Also at San Diego in 2007 Tyron Brackenridge fumble return of 50 yards to seal the win. Just the first 2 that come to mind.

I am pretty sure Leggett's first score was a fake FG gone wrong that just happened to bounce right into his hands. IDK about Brackenridge though, I can't recall his TD but I'm sure it happened.

In run support...As a coverage safety the guy is ass. Actually if he gained 30 pounds of mass he might be a solid Linebacker.

i havent seen him blow anything really just yet. Then again, you cant see the whole field on tv. We still need a better pass rush. Every once in a while they will get there, but thats because of a blitz.

We need a big dude the middle on the dline.

Yeah Edwards might be a decent 3rd string NT, but as a starter he has been nothing at all. Really all of our secondary will see a huuuge improvement with some pass rush. If we can get into the 35-40 sack range each year again, Carr and Flowers could see themselves having all-pro years.

Anyways, McGraw is allowing a 137.5 QB rating when passes are thrown in his area of the field. Not a good number. But maybe this game against Pittsburgh will turn it around for himself.

I would rather have McGraw than Pollard. He knows his assignments, honors his responsibilities, and makes the damn tackle when he gets the chance. He may no have a lot of ability, but I'd rather a guy just get beat, than get beat because he's out of position, bit on PA, or missed ANOTHER damn tackle, like we could count on Pollard doing every week.

Yeah, McGraw seems to allow a lot of completions in front of him, because he's just too slow, but he ends up making the tackle for a minimal gain. He doesn't whiff, and let the guy score from 50 out.
