Good for the Browns. I hope it works out for them as their fans deserve some good fortune after all the crap they have been through.

Interesting that Seattle ended up offering him the same job and he turned it down. Seahawk officials will not say what he wanted that they wouldn't give him. They just said "Ask Mike."

Cleveland threw something in the kitty to sweeten the pot. I'm glad too. He absolutely failed at the GM role in Seattle. I can't figure out why they were so quick to give him another crack at it.

I wonder who they'll target for HC... I just can't imagine that Eric lasts, and I would think that Holmgren goes for a "young apprentice" that won't mind a bit of interaction.

I don't see this working out well, if I wasn't a Chiefs fan I would probably feel sorry for them.

If he can just concentrate on player personnel, he might do a good job.

I don't see this working out well, if I wasn't a Chiefs fan I would probably feel sorry for them.They had to do something. Clearly what they are doing now isn't working. I think the Browns ownership may be as stupid as ours...

It would kill me if I was a Browns fan.....the team leaves town and wins a SB title just a couple years later....

I don't get what makes people Holmgren would be a good personnel guy. Did I miss somthing? If I were the GM I would give Mangini another year, however, he's another bull headed coach who thinks he's a personnel guy.
