It's an extension of the flash mob idea. Except its not a only a flash mob its also a snowball fight. They were having one of those flash mob snowball fights when that cop pulled a gun.

In this day and age, it is very refreshing to see adults acting like kids and kids acting normal. Nobody getting pissed off and shooting anyone. Looks like something from 50 years ago. Cool.
