Vrabel has no ties to this team like Cassel and is likely to retire. How valuable is he to Pioli as to what's going on in the locker room.

Pioli has to make some decisions. Does he make Haley get some new assistants? Clark is already paying Herm and Galey to set on his dime. Pioli is going to have to stick with Haley at least another season.

Like all the other players that's been brought in Vrable doesn't mean jack in the long hall. Pioli and Haley will care about a player when this team is winning and that player is part of it. These guys are kick your ass to the curb kind of guys.
