Since the Titans will be on our schedule next year, maybe the NFL schedule makers will see some intrigue in the RB dual. Since everyone is comparing the two runners. Not very likely that a 4 win team gets a prime time game, but you never know.

4 win teams get primetime games if they're named the Browns, Redskins or Raiders.

This team won't get a primetime game until it has a 9 win season, at the least, and it may take more than that.

And No one but Chiefs fans are drawing any comparisons between Charles and Johnson, at least in a national level.

Charles is hardly even a blip on the radar nationally.

1. It's because he hasn't done much before becoming a starter, and it was only for half of a season.

2. He might be considered an up-and-comer, but he plays for the Chiefs. I can't think of any impressive player that played for the Chiefs that got the coverage they deserved. Why? The Chiefs haven't gone to the big game. in decades.

Sucks.

Nah.....but stay tuned to the 20 NFC East games, the opening Monday night Raiders snoozer and the inexplicable pair of Browns Monday night games.

We could get flexed into an SNF game.

That would require us to be good... So don't hold your breath.

I heard they're talking about making the Rams game a Monday Night Showdown. That would be intense.

The overhauled coaching staff IF we were to land Weis AND Crennel would probably help. With the whole "New England Reunion" thing.

hehe, i would be willing to say that there is a good chance that Titan game is prime time. 2 running backs that have almost exactly the same style and both have HUGE HUGE potential to make the big run.

How the **** do the Raiders get a prime time game every year? :grr:

They need a west coast host for the 2nd game on the first Monday Night doubleheader but why in the hell they don't pick Diego or San Fran is beyond me.

The problem with picking us due to Charles is that if he goes down, we've lost the only thing that makes us exciting at this point. I do think fans will be interested to see how Weis in particular does in KC, so that would be a lure (not so much Crennel, since he was fired in Cleveland), but without a another potential talent on the field (superstar acquisition, highly touted draft pick), I don't see it.

Because Al would sue the league if they didn't.

It's all about ratings and good or bad the Raiders and Browns are teams that bring ratings. The Chiefs only bring ratings when they are good or have very big name players.
