Anyone know if this is a legit domain?

It's kinda strange. My mom got an email from someone having this domain.

She asked if it was legit. I assumed it was some Yahoo domain. Put it into the browser and it takes you to a Yahoo.com address that makes sense.

But when you check the WhoIs...

You get this:

Poor credit will have no effect on your eligibility but it is required.
Also if you're self employed and can prove your income that is acceptable.

Looks like a phishing scam.

1. What landlord would say that poor credit will have no effect?
2. What landlord interested in credit doesn't check it themselves?
3. Frequently phishers use email domains similar to legitimate ones but not legit. Googlemail.com, etc.

Beware

Had previously told her to get the address first and that you aren't ready to apply yet. But since, told her to forget it entirely. Thx for the feedback guys. :thumb:
