Hey all, I think this is my first 'click here to help us out' thing, but MU's Children's hospital has made a huge surge in this contest to take the lead and win $50K for the hospital.

http://radiocares.childrensmiraclenetwork.org/

$50K doesn't sound like a ton, but my wife's a nurse there and says they can do a whole lot with that in a Children's hospital (the nature of the patient, so to speak).

I know some of you are in Columbia, but even the folks in KC may have their kids down here someday, they're building a brand new one and it's supposed to be nationally recognized. There are no KC hospitals in the running so if any of you have about 5 minutes to spare (and that's really all it takes), the folks in CoMo would appreciate it.

Right, Y107 is the sponsor for the Children's hospital (my fault for not being clear).

If you vote for Y107, it's a vote for MUCH

My wife signed my EM up for it a week ago and I haven't gotten any spam off it (that's why I waited to post it, didn't want to get on anyone's !@#$ list).

Thanks,

Thanks fellas.

Anyone else that signs up, you can vote 10 times/day and it's literally just a mouse-click (takes maybe 30 seconds to get through your 10).

Oh yeah, free Rep! I'm no Frazod, but a thousand points is a thousand points.

Reminder: Voting ends tomorrow afternoon; throw in your 10 for the day if you haven't.

MU is up about 100K votes right now. It seems to swing hard towards the Milwaukee hospital in the morning with Columbia making a rally as the day goes on. My best guess is that college kids don't get rolling 'till noon.

Oh, and if anyone hears the Y107 commercial, I totally get to bang the foxy sounding nurse (after I help put dishes away, of course...)

Thanks fellas, it looks like we just might pull this thing off.

Great cause. That money could help change some kids lives for the better. Hopefully, the power of Chiefsplanet will raise its head once again.

MU's currently up over 150K votes (with over a million in)

Barring some catastrophy, it looks like we'll take it home.

Keep the votes comin'; thanks everybody.
