OK, they keep showing the ad where they have alumni from all of the Big 12 Schools that are serving their country - thanks to each and every one of them for their service.
The peculiar thing to me is the # of them (3 or 4) that are NCO's. They all list the year they graduated from their various institutions, and I've always thought that was the express lane to a commission.
I do have a buddy with a Masters Degree in Molecular & Cellular BIology that is still an NCO, even though he has gone through ROTC and OCS. He has a high-frequency hearing loss.
Are their criteria I'm missing here? Maybe they just want to stay as NCO's, but I thought the perks were better for CO's.
