Yes, you are supposed to slow down on I-70 through Columbia. Pay the fine.

Would appreciate a PM from a JD near Columbia or who practices in MO. Thanks.

(Later, later, KCMizzou. I don't need to tell folks of others' probs.)

If he was going downhill and around 10-12 mph over, I could win that case.

Why not actually pay a lawyer like everyone else?

If your a student go to the free student legal department, they should have that.

No actual lawyer will feel comfortable giving out legal advise on the internet.

If an attorney on CP would PM me his/her phone number, then I will call him/her for a consult, in private. Just wanting to help someone who would get paid for his/her help, who may help my friend.

No, such "free thinking" hasn't reached the KC whereabouts, unlike our AFCW rivals.
